You may have seen pictures of tribal warriors from Af rica with intricate scars all over their bodies. This process is known as scarification. It is where an incision is made in the skin with a sharp instrument in such a way to cause the scar to take a certain shape. Scarification has been done for thousands of years. When these cuts heal, they form raised scars, which are known as keloids.

What works for me are cold slices of cucumber. Just place one over each eye and sit back for a few minutes. You’ll be surprised at how effective that is.

I’m on the fence about herbal colon cleanse – personally I attempted one online (see previous link) and think it worked well for me. I lost some necessary weight and feel healtheir. Conversely We have one friend who says it made no difference to. I think it is all really a personal thing and something that ought to be tried once to decide for yourself Perhaps.
