can you put a moisturizer, more acne stress control of toner neautrogena?
They say that your not suppose to wash the toner when you turn it on! soo. In after i onn .. Is it okay if I put a moisturizer and foundation on it too? or my face will turn out nightmare? Thank you!
okayyy, wash your face first, then wait for your face to get dry (not wet), then be placed on the cartridge, let dry, then lotion. let's put lotion before putting something on. Never put on the foundation immediately after washing or placing on the toner! that is when adolescents obstruct their Poors and do not even know.
