Can U use Proactiv Solution more than twice a day?
Hello, im currently using Proactiv acne solution. Because of my skin fat products are not really dries my skin. I was wondering if I can use the products during the morning, night and also at times like after a race or in the afternoon. Should I use the cleaner only or all 3 steps in this matter. Too often use Proactiv products in one day that "dilute" the effect on my skin? thanks
I would say no. I am a licensed esthetician and practice of acne management by 10 years. The more often you wash your face of acne get worse. Why? When cleaning your skin's pH balance of your skin is changed. The skins pH is generally neutral to 5.5 protect against bacteria and free radicals and pollution, etc. Changing your pH balance with constant cleaning is irritating and allows penetration of bacteria
